Refund policy

RETURNS

If you change your mind, unworn, unwashed, or defective items with original tags may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags. Used items cannot be returned.

You’ll receive an SMS with your DPD return code. Pack per instructions, replace the old label at a DPD shop, and drop it in a DPD locker.

For product returns via FedEx, please contact us by email info@2ru2ra.com or by phone at +370 (610) 02 211.

The item price will be credited once we receive it, and we will notify you upon receipt.

Please note that we charge a return fee of 10 EUR. Also, actual return shipping costs as well as any duties and taxes are a customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We do not accept post office returns.

REFUNDS

Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing. You will receive an e-mail notification from 2RU2RA once it is complete.

Refunds are issued in EUR at the current exchange rate.

Please note that original shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

Gift-card purchases receive a new gift card for the credited amount.
